Refund Policy

Credit packs
Credit packs never expire. If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of buying it. Open the Orders tab in your user center and request the refund there.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time. It stays active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew after that. We do not give partial refunds for the unused part of a period.
Failed generations
If an image fails to generate, the credits it used are refunded automatically to your balance.
How to ask
Use the Orders tab in your user center. If you cannot sign in, write to support@aship.fun. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
